Between 2019-10-02 8:40 UTC and 2019-10-02 9:15 UTC, there was a brief interruption of the Reply application services.
During that time, customers may have experienced errors when trying to add people to sequences in the Reply application and errors in Zapier, and other customers may have experienced loading the Reply web application in general.
The cause of the issue was identified as a bad deploy. It was reverted and the issue has been resolved. All services are back working as expected.

We are currently investigating an issue on the People page that is causing customers to either not be able to load the People list at all or perform any actions with people, such as add them to sequences.
There might happen short outages as we will reload our servers.
