Incident Report for Reply
Starting from Tuesday, September 28th we received a few reports of some replies not being detected. The issue has been resolved for all replies to emails sent starting from September 30th. If a reply has not been detected within 24h, we recommend making such prospect as Replied manually to avoid future correspondence.
